That is quite interesting how ATI gets a 30fps increase from a driver fix. Maybe that means theres even more performance to the squeeze out of the X1800XL. If those benchmarks are right, I bet quite a few people who bought 7800gtx are now kicking themselves, and I bet quite a few people are second guessing what the best video card available is.

nah, the c/p ratio is completely in nvidia's ring. I'd buy from nvidia if I did it again. It already seems like they're going to be having serious heat put out by these new cards.
