Angry cant change cpu frequency setting in bios

Im a first time overclocker. I've read a lot on it, but I cant even change the one thing in bios that allows me to overclock. Is there something i need to do or a setting i need to change to allow this?

Do you mean the CPU FSB setting? Cos that's the main one I think you are referring to. And you may need to 'allow' OCing options elsewhere in the BIOS.

Looks like the settings are in the O.N.E. portion of the bios.
