i think stock hsf can manage 3.0 without troubles

i mean i ran my old opty 146 with stock hsf at 2.75ghz

same with my e6600 for a good while... that was on stock hsf and running 3.0ghz all the time

and my first q6600 as well!!!! lol

Seriously.. don't go past 3.0ghz unless you have a good cooler.. Stock Cooler stinks honestly with Quad OC'ing
