Can I overclock my graphics card?

Can I overclock it? I want to run fallout 3.

The minimum GPU requirement is either a 6800 or X1300, you may not be able to run it, even with an overclock.

To answer the question though, you could try ATItool, or RivaTuner.

Are there any risks of totally breaking my computer, and I would need a guide or someone to help me.

There's a slight risk that you could overheat your GPU, as long as you don't push the card too much, you should be fine. If you're uncomfortable, you could get a couple of cooling fans.

If you monitor your temps, you should be fine. But even overclocked I don't know if your going to be able to play fallout3.

you probably need a new build since the pentium d 920's are quite old and getting a E5200 would be good as it doesn't cost much and also you might want to get a 9800 GT which is also reasonably priced
