Can I mix two sticks of registered ecc ram and two sticks of non ecc? I have these listed below and want to use in my asus p4c800 deluxe

i'm going to comment and take a guess on this question. there is no reason you need ECC registered memory for that motherboard unless you intend to use it for a server, and even than it may not be neccessary.

ECC would increase stability, but decrease overall computer speed. if you mix them i think what would happen is that the ECC functions would be disabled.
