Default Can I make sure my fans and lights work without a Mobo

basically all im asking is if I have my PSU it's a 430 watt, and my fans and lights and stuff, can i see if they work like without the MOBO< i just wanna see what all my stuff looks like and all?

lol dude don't post twice in the same forum. You'll piss of the mods. I'll quote what I said in the other thread
