Default can i

over clock a

AMD Phenom(tm) 8450 Triple-Core Processor, 2094 MHz

to like 2.4 GHz?

and what sort of cooling would i need?

i have a big 240mm fan on a side panel thats doing a intake so its blowing into the case and a 120mm blowing into the case and a 80mm blowing out of the case

We can't say for sure, because if we did we'd be guessing.. and then we get some OC Whiners later (not claiming you to be one.. yet.. but I've had a lot of these before who end up questioning my skill in computers)

You can try, but there are different variables that affect the ability to OC, like the case's airflow, your Wire Management, your cooler, your CPU itself (its architecture/its VID), the motherboard OC'ing it

As long as you have a decent Wire management, a decent board, a decent CPU cooler, you can try, but I can't guarantee anything

the rig i have is in my siggy i just updated it as i jsut got it all and set it up
