Can a Hyper 212 EVO keep up with a 3930k?

I figured out I could run the voltage lower at 1.245 and now my max temps are 67C on the hottest core. I don't run my PC 24/7 anyway so until I get a water cooled setup, I think I'm good. Would you agree or should I decrease the multiplier so I can decrease the voltage more?
