Cable sleeving.

I just got some cable sleeving, and I am having some trouble. So far I only sleeved my 12v cable that goes to my video card, no problem. But the other thing I really want to sleeve is the 4pin that connects to my HDD and DVD drive. It has like 4 different sections though. Do I sleeve them all? It is really hard to get the sleeve over the cable. Does anyone have any tips? I am new to this. Here are some pics. My wire management is pretty bad lol.

nice find, but I am doing it by sliding it over the cable, not popping off the end of the cables. They work like a chinese finger trap.

Scrunch it up to make the hole bigger.

I do, but it is still really hard. Do I HAVE to use the heatshrink? I think it looks tacky.
