So I built my 1st PC last night/this morning and I just ran CPU-Z and found out that my memory was running at DDR2-667mhz and the CPU bus speed is 333.

I have:
Biostar P43 Motherboard
E8400 core 2 Duo
OCZ Platinum 2x1Gb 1066

I did up the voltage on the ram from 1.8 to 2.1 as it's guaranteed up to 2.35v and moved it to 800mhz. I will probably be jumping it to 2.2v and trying 1066 and then 2.3 with 1066 if 2.2 fails...

But what do I do for the CPU bus speed? do I just overclock it?

DDR2-667 refers to the effective front-side bus speed of your system. While your DDR2 system or motherboard may operate a 333MHz front-side bus, its effective front-side bus speed is 667MHz because DDR2 effectively doubles the amount of data transferred per cycle that a non-DDR2 system would.
