I am getting a new computer and i just wanted to know what i should do to not burn out my motherboard or if that is even possible, im going to be using a lot of power, led fans, mass fans, lighted rounded cables, cathod lighting and lots of other cool case accesories that use up power, i was just wondering how to make it safe for my computer to run all of this without frying itself or if i am just worring over something that isnt a problem... thanks.

The power supply is what you should be concerned about, not the motherboard. Just get a good quality power supply that provides at least 350 Watts (more is better). Some good supplies to get are those from Antec, Enermax, and Thermaltake.
