building a old pc.

im building a old pentium pc for fun.I finished built it a month ago.the problem is it wont boot.I have 2 of the same mobo's I used both, switched cpu's and check it over many times.the fans and power lights are on but it wont boot.Its a asus sp97-v socket 7 pentium.Please e-mail me at cyrdh2@aol.com because i dont check message boards.

It's very unfortunate that you don't check message boards seeing as how you posted at one for the answer to a question.

i don't want anyone to sound like an idiot but are you sure you put everything in the right place?

it's all in right, i just found a part of my problem.the jumpers were not set right, i downloaded the manual and fixed the jumpers, now when i press reset it resets itself.The reasen why it wont boot is because inside the mobo in has flash memory installed.The flash memory is used to hold in the bios.The main problem is that the bios is not there or its corrupted.I need to put in the bios someway.I found a couple of kits to install a bios.
