Well, your motherboard link didn't go through, for me atleast. Looks good, however your heatsink says it supports socket A UP to 2400+. Your processor is a 2500+.

i didn't like a single thing you picked out except the 2500 barton. if money is an option, which it looks like it is, then it seems that computer will do though =/

You might want to check out the heatsink you picked, you might have a heat problem with it. The video card is like a garbage dump. It has a small amount of memory and bad cooling. I couldnt get the motherboard page open either. I like the case but it could use some fans. Just get a better video card, or the same one with better cooling and more memory.

If I might make a suggestion on your case. You might want to give this one a look over. It's not flashy but it has plenty of room inside and fit just about any motherboad on the market. Good cooling qualities. 80mm in the front and 120mm in the back with a really good side vent. I recently got this one for my kids computer. I'm very impressed with it.

I would invest more than $9 on a cpu cooler to get good results. To me thats like putting power steering fluid in your engine instead of oil....
