I got a couple criticisms:

EPoX EP-9NPAJ Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

Stick with well known brand names. For example: Abit, Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS, DFI... I am not saying that board is bad, I just dont know if it is good....

WINTEC 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 333 (PC 2700) Unbuffered System Memory

Get PC3200 RAM. The mobo and CPU supports it. It is what is meant for your CPU and mobo. Also, its about the same price, usually.

COOLMAX CX-400B ATX 400W Power Supply - Retail

I'm not really sure why you are getting a less powerful PSU than what comes with the case... Just use the one in the case. Usually name brand is best, but because your system requires much less than 480W, it should be ok.

ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon X600Pro 100-714131 All-In-Wonder Radeon X600Pro

If you actually want the features of an Allinwonder, then this is good. If you dont want the extra features, then go with a 6600GT. A 6600GT is the competition for the X600s, but performs much better.

I would also search through the forums a bit. A lot of people are looking to build computers at this forum. You can usually pick up what parts are good and what arent.

Actually the 6600GT is the competion for the X700s. And also, Epox is a half decent company, but I wouldn't know. I base this on the posts at a certain motherboard forum at a different site.

im not going to critique the main stuff but u forgot one very important part of ur comp... A tower with window and UV cold cathotube lights, and for added effect pink fuzzy dice!jk, u can get a bunch of cool cases at aspireusa.com or at mwave.com but if ur trying to cut down on cost i suppose u could go w/ out those
