Default Building A Case...Help Plz

ok im building a case soon (from scratch i mean) with aluminum probly...i am building the case around watercooling along with efficient aircooling to keep the parts and overall case cool. my parts are in my sig but i was planning on dangerden parts mostly and a weapon core radiator. i dont really have any idea on how i want to build it or what layout i want to use. i was thinking of mouting the radiator on the front of the case where hardrives usually go so that it still pulls cool air into the water. then i was going to put the pump behind that and have it push to the rad imeadiatly. then from the rad to the cpu(rbx block) to each video card seperatly>res>pump over again. this is with the upside down atx idea i was going to use.then i would use 2 120mm fans in front on rad, 1 in back or maybe 2 for exhaust, a 120mm blowhole or 2 and at least 1 side 120 maybe 2. that would be like 5-8 fans total depending on configuration...would that be loud? i would probly use these fans for the rad:
http://www.frozencpu.com/fan-157.html?id=YzXr6y7U and these for the rest:
http://www.frozencpu.com/fan-138.html?id=YzXr6y7U (color may change but that fan) with those fans would the pc be very loud? i would also be using this pump the d5 or maybe the d4 http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=23&page=1
and these water blocks:
rbx cpu: http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=19&page=1
sli video card kit: http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=67&page=1

im new to both building cases and watercooling so sorry if i sound like a noob i just want a good watercooling system so i can oc some and keep my stuff cool, but not be too loud.

http://svc.com/a1928-14.html
better than the other green fans you showed

http://svc.com/fba12g12u.html
heres that same panflow fan for 8 bucks less
also this fan will be as loud as a blowdryer i would highly reccomend using a speed controller for it you will also need to buy a 2 pin to three pin adaptor for it

you could just use that thermaltake fan i linked for al of them
it has a very good noise to air ratio

ok you want silent right? well if you want that plus you have water cooling then why dont you build and external box that connects to the case for the Rad and pump and just have no other fans at all? the box w/ the Rad will have the fans for it and you can insulate it w/ holes big enough for the air to go through and you wont hear any sound from the fans. plus you wont have any fans inside your computer cept for the PSU.

i dont want "silent" i just dont want it hella loud i dont mind a bit of noise lol. would 8 21 db thermaltake fans like he suggested be loud? like i said i dont need silent and im building this all in the case i am building a new case myself around watercooling built inside the case thats the whole reason

i know, but do the math man. 8 fans times 21 DB is how loud its gonna be. gonna be louder than a Vantec tornado. thats why i was saying have another box thats insulated w/ the fans in it and you wont hear that and your computer itself wont have any noise at all
