Default building another computer

right now im piecing together a computer for my sis with parts that i have laying around... ive got her all together but when i start her up i get a BIOS ROM Checksum error... what does that mean exactly... i tried flashing the cmos... at least i think... i couldnt find the right jumper... i think its JP14... the mobo is a Aopen AX63 Pro...
