the M7NCG400 comes with a decent onboard nForce2 IGP and it's mATX. no keyboard or speakers, but you're asking a lot for $500. all parts from newegg, just type each item number into the search box

ek/Esine says it really good i paid 580 for mine that included getting built and its almost exactly like that one amd 2700xp it has 2x ram than mine more pwr and bigger HD runs ut2k4 just fine Bf1942 same i have 9200se vid card i need new one i know but it works fine it doesnt seem to have one in that list?? oh yeah my ram is at 256mg ddr400

A few things to keep in mind are upgrade/Current Technology/Life Span of the computer .Sense you have a case and working hardware your best option would be to upgrade the current system.You could do a nice upgrade on that system for $500.00.
This recomendation is somthing with current technology and slightly over budget but how long do you want it to last ?
