Question Build for future overclocking?

Hiya, can anyone see any problems with a new build that I'm planning on making within the next few weeks?

Only part I'm unsure on is weather to get a 4000+SD or a 4200+ X2, which is better for OC'in ?

System will be used mostly for games..
