Dude, there really needs to be some kind of sticky on this question. At least once a week someone asks this exact question. The answer is always the same:
eVGA and Leadtek.

MSI, EVGA and Gigabyte are next..

Ok, what I see is a lot of "these are my favorite brands" and "These suck" Lets get some empirical data or atleast some real experiences to say why or why not to like a certain brand.

ASUS : 600/1300 stock air.

The Chaintech PCI-e 6600GT is the best Ive come across so far. The AGP version is good but you need to buy a thermal pad for the memory since the stock doesnt even touch them, however once you do your in for a real overclockers treat.
