Both of my 920 overclock with low volts 3849A916 and 3901A238.

Looking at that ebay listing it appears he's also watercooling so you just can't go by his claims. And his RealTemp screen looks shopped at that. It should be showing his gpu temp unless he's running RealTempGT and then it would only show 3 cores.

In the overclocking world we would call these golden chips. There are a few batches of each chip that are golden and can oc more with less volts to yield better results ect and they are very rare. If they where in fact a bin of golden chips then i could see the point of selling them for higher but due to the fact that each persons system is different and there is no accountable evidence that can be shown of said chips being golden then i would say this is probably a scam. Youd be better off just getting a cheaper retail 930 instead.
