ok well i solved the psu problem.. but now when i boot the computer it goes to the Safe Mode and Normal mode selection after it says Detecing IDE devices.. no matter what i choose after it loads some stuff it reboots right after everytime.. anyone got any ideas what the problem is?

oh the mobo is a ECS KT600-A and the processor is a AMD Sempron 2200+

ram is Corsair PC3200 DDR400 512 mb of ram

5600 Ultra 128 mb AGP x8

its gotta be a mobo problem flash the smos and or replace the batteri try that
