Yea, the numbers after the four main ones are called secondary timmings and they are far less important. So don't worry about the secondary timmings.

So change the 6-6-6-18 to 5-5-5-15.
What is the RAM your using btw?
 
Be right back, i'll get on that. Would having an older BIOS really give me this much trouble?
 
BIOS successfully updated, used same settings as in previous post. Does not post, still.
 
Ok lets start over. Like this is the first post on the topic.

List your Processor and its stepping
Motherboard and model
Heatsink and thermal paste used.

Clear the CMOS.
New Settings.
Speed: (280 X 9)
Vcore: Defualt:
RAM Voltage: Defualt
MCH Voltage: Defualt
FSB Voltage: Defualt
RAM Timming: 5-5-5-15
RAM to FSB: 1 to 1 (2 to 2)


I suggest you also put the specifications of this new rig in your signature as well.
