Default bios help

hey all could use a little help with the bios settings on my new rig
not sure what to set things to(im a newbie to this stuff)

working on a dfi lanparty dk x38 mobo
q6600 cpu
nxzt tempest case
stock cooler

2x 4850 in crossfire

kinda lost with all these settings been reading the online manual but doesnt help much

8 gigs gskill ram
Q6600 quad cpu@2.4
650 watt xigmatek psu
xigmatek rifle cooler
2X hd 4850 crossfire
win7 ultimate
