This happens to me to, as soon as i start up my comp, its idles aroud 30c, but after about 5-6hrs it'll be around 35-40c
 
I would suggest you guys take off your heatsink, clean your cpu, then re-apply your thermal paste. I think I used too much but my system stays cool anyway so I am leavin mine :p

It is probably an issue of not getting good conductivity through your paste. That or you have terrible cord management and it just gets hotter and hotter inside your system.

Another possibility may be that you have your fans set to intake without enough set to exhaust which is building up heat in your case. Just a thought :freak:

well if u boot up ur computer after being off all night, and check the temperature immediatly, it is going to be low because it just turned on. Checking the temp right after being turned on cant be considered the idle temp.
