The 9550s have just recently been available...I think it's much to early to make a statement like that.

Also E0 ships will do modest clocks like 4ghz at much less voltage than C1s on average.

My C1 QX9650 required 1.3 for 4ghz and my E0 Q9650 required 1.216 for 450mhz (in fact i didn't even try lower)

I say QX (for what he's after)but it will be harder to sell in the long run
I have seen E0's run lower than stock voltages

Tesco's is a rather large company they gross several billion per year and are one of the largest supermarket chains in the UK

I agree with gurusan. I would go with a Q9550. Better 3DMark06 score, cooler, easier to sell, 45nm, the multiplier is already high enough. I am going with the E8500 and Q9550 instead of QX9650 next year.
