well I was looking at upgrading a old Orleans 3000+ processor to a newer dual core one. Well since I built this computer I have been far out of the loop.... So, which core is the best for under $50 Brisbane, or windsor???

Brisbane, because they are using the 65nm process, which consumes less power, and should run cooler than the Windsors.
