The best CPU cooler when looking at price : performance must be the Arctic Freezer 64 Pro...

I've got a Scythe Ninja which is butt-ugly but the case is closed most of the time. I was originally going for a CNPS9500 but I changed my mind after seeing some test results. Oh, and I got the version that came with a fan, if you'd ever get it, get the fan combo box or buy an extra fan for it.

2x120mm with the Tuniq Tower-120 is a very good combination.
