I've got a Thermaltake Sonic Tower on my Sempron.
I stuck 2 x 120mm fans on it (one on each side) and my CPU never gets above 28¬ļC

I overclock. Im planning to get E6600 about 3GHZ or so. i want a good cooler to keep it under 40c under load

Thermal Take Big Tornado and Tuniq Tower are better coolers.... but they are a bit more expensive I think.

I am not sure how it works out when you consider price : performance though.
