Vdimm volt mods only benefit utt/bh5/bh6 which need 3.2-3.6v to run 240-260fsb 2-2-2-5 latency. Your memory shouldn't need more than 2.7v. It might get damage with 3.4v if its tccd/samsung/Hynix. I run my memory pc4000 @260(520) 2.8v
