Best/Quietest Socket A/462 Air Cooling

Hey!

The warm weather is creeping in, so I thought I best upgrade my cooling system!

What are your opinions on the best HSF on the current market?

The Zalman range seems extremely good, but their Socket A compatibility doesn't. I was considering either the Zalman CNPS7000B-CU or the Zalman CNPS6000-CU. But, unfortionately, I think my motherboard (Asus A7V8X-X) is incompatible due to its lack of mounting holes around the processor socket.

Quietness will be extremely important in my final decision!
Any ideas?

The A7V8X-X has an X checked in the Incompatible column of the table. Maybe you're looking at the A7N8X-X.

I was looking at it a while back, and is only a couple of degrees off the 7700cu.

I'd say the Thermalright XP-90C (the copper one) with a Thermaltake Silent Cat 92mm fan
or the Zalman 7000B-Cu (copper)

As far as I'm aware, the Thermalright XP-90C doesn't support a socket A/462 installation. Also, as discussed above, the Zalman CNPS7000B-CU is incompatible with my motherboard (Asus A7V8X-X) due its lack of socket mounting holes.
