Which is the best motherboard for a P4 2.4C overclocking?

Hi everybody!:
I would like to find out which would be the best motherboard for overclocking a P-4 2.40C Ghz CPU, therefor being able to achieve the highest overclocking eficiency (a couple of months ago I read an article about it, but now I can not find it)....I'll be grateful for any suggestion!!!

I would suggest my board, but I'm a bit biased...plus the board I use is considered too pricey for most peoples tastes.
These boards are all good OC'ers for P4's

ASUS P4P800 (& DELUXE)
ABIT IC7
ABIT IS7-E
MSI 865PE

Search the board names on google for reviews. Just type in the exact name and "review" or "overclock". You will see lot's of info.

has my vote, im an intel AsUs guy.never had a problem with AsUs boards @ all.
