Default The Best Liquid Cooling Under $200

OK guys, I am having some trouble finding the best liquid cooling kit (complete kit preferred) for under $200.00 USD. Can you guys help me find one? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

By the way, I wasn't sure whether to put this in Overclocking, PC Building & Case Mods or Hardware Zone.

HAHA! Any other ideas? That one seems a little expensive although I am considering it.

I have heard that the Thermaltake Aquarius III works best with big cases.

I posted a question like this a few weeks ago, it died. so i went elsewhere. I found out that the Koolance Exos AL is a good external WC kit as well. but it does not come with the block.
the kit is $186.99(no water block)
