Best cutting tool

ok, i plan on cutting a blow hole in the top of my case, which of the cutters listed here are better

http://www.acehardware.com/product/...&cp=1254873.1254951.1259378&parentPage=family is a dremel, and spins at 28k rpm. also the dremel costs 3 bucks more( im trying to keep cost down, but since it is a $3 difference, i dont care about that lol) I'm looking at buying one a a store near me. if you had to choose on brand alone, which is better, dremel of craftsman?

Craftsman, they have a lifetime warranty on all their tools, if it breaks they will replace it no questions asked. Trust me, we've had many broken tools (My dad has an upholstery/tune-up shop.

I've never used a dremel before thats another reason I said craftsman.
