S&M

3DMark (for video card stability)

Do a google search for them.

Benchmarks, use 3dmark. For stability, s&m and prime95. You can get s&m here:
http://www.benchmarkhq.ru/english.html?/be_cpu.html
and prime95 here:
http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm

S&M is the better of the two, but prime95 is very popular and well known so I included it as well.

SuperPI is OK, but only for light stability testing. I have had my cpu pass a 32m superpi run and still fail prime and s&m. I have never tried occt.

Some motherboards have memtest built into the BIOS, I know DFI does. If not, you can download it, it's called MemTest86+. If you keep your ram at stock speeds however you don't really need it. S&M has a memory test built in.

SuperPI is very good for a quick check if your overclock is somewhat stable. If you just upped your CPU clock, you can run a quick check if its stable. If it fails the 1M test, you know almost instantly if you need to back down. For Prime95 and S&M you need to run it for many hours on end.
