Default Benchmarking questions

What is a good (free if possible) benchmark program that will help me assess the bottlenecks in my system? I have a system that should be running a lot faster then it does.

3DMARK 06 is a good one.
Download 3DMark06 1.1.0 - filehippo.com

Big download though so be prepared!

After running it then you can post your spec/score then people can tell you what score your pc "should" be getting
