It's strange, cpu-z detects the change in multiplier, so far everything from 9.5 - 11 has worked. The calculation done by cpu-z on the total speed of the cpu is correct too, but my FSB can only go up to 217 MHz, regardless of multiplier. Basically I could set the multiplier to 9.5 yet my FSB won't go further than 217.

So far, it looks as though the multiplier change is having an effect, unless cpu-z is really messing with me...

Do you mean on yours it did nothing? The multiplier is everything!
The multi on my CPU is locked but on the mobo its not. So in the bios i can change the multi but it wont change anything on the cpu. Thats the reason why i was asking about that pin mod site.
