Bad MB

Okay heres the gig: I put my system together with the following:

CASE LINKWORLD|F3131-C8888-P4 BEIGE
MB NFORCE2 A7N8X-E DELUXE ASUS
CPU AMD|2700 /333 ATHLON XP RTL
DDR 512MB KIT|PC2700 HYPERX -k RT

The system runs great until I shut down either using the power button or XP. It will not turn back on until I unplug the system for 10-20 seconds, and then the power button works normally. On the advice of ASUS CS I pulled the MB and set it on the box and fired it up with just the basics to see if it was grounding out. It wasn't, it did the exact same thing. Now they suspect the MB or the power supply. Which is it?

Suggestions anyone?

I just emailed Newegg to find out on replacements.

hmm never heard of this b4 it could be either its hard to say which one is more likely if u got another comp try transplating the psu then if it still does the not turn on thing then its ur mobo if its fine its ur psu.
