Ati radeon 9600seon asus mobo wont boot up. when i take out the video card it boots right up.check mobo and video card volts every things is koo.

have you tried the same video card in another computer.. or use another board in your computer at least.. it could be the video card, but you've gotta test it to find out.

err wait a sec.. if you pull the card out and video comes up.. maybe you have to disable your onboard video for it to work, although you shouldn't have to disable it, but i dunno what mobo you have.

ive had that problem too try disabling the onbaord vid, might work...

This may sound stupid but it happens to alot of people:

Did you plug the monitor into the VGA port on the graphics card?

I cant understand clearly what is happening so I threw that out.
