Lightbulb Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core vs. Intel p4 3.8

Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core

frequency: 2400Mhz
max temp: 65 degree's Celcius
thermel power: 110 watts

Pentium 4 3.8ghz(not shure if it's dual core)

frequency: 3800Mhz
max temp: 72.8 degree's Celcius
thermal power: 115 watts

These are the two fastest processors on the market. The worlds two leading processors competeing for only the best. Which processor is better, AMD or INTEL? Please write your comments below the guys at tech forums and pesonaly myself what to get the answer to this.
