Default Asus g51vx lid lights

Does anyone know if you can turn off the logo and lid lights on this model.

I bought this laptop for college and i think the lights might be a little distracting in class.

I believe the answer is NO, unless you unplug them.

Duct tape would work though...

Yha, my freind did it to his check engine light..... Nah it actually was his upshift light... but it worked.
