Default ASUS A8N32 SLI Vcore setting problem?

Does anyone else with this motherboard have the problem with the vcore being stuck at 1.42V while in manual settings??

I have an X2 4800+, does this and other CPU's have the ability to automatically limit or tell the bios on what to set the Vcore at??
