Artic Freezer 64 pro vs stock s939 hsf?

I'm trying to upgrade on the cheap here. I'm gonna buy a s939 X2 3800 and was wondering if a af64pro would allow me to overclock anymore than my stock cooler?
The reviews say it lowers temps a little but I'm not sure if that would actually allow me to overclock much more. I'm sure it would be a little bit better but is it worth the $25?

If I don't buy the af64pro I'll probably buy another 512mb of ram.

I believe that the AF64 would let you overclock more.
