Arctic Silver 5 - Running at 45 C

Hi I just got a zalman cnps 7000-acl and some Arctic Silver 5 from fry's.

I put it on my AMD Athlon 64 2800+, DFI Lanparty UT 250gb NF3 board, with pc2100 512mb.

My temperatures are at 45C which is not bad, but I haven't been able to dip into the 30's like most people seem to do.

Do I have to wait longer for it to break in?

45 degrees C sounds pretty good to me. Is that under full load?

It is my opinion that you shouldnt have to wait for the arctic silver 5 to "break in". It should work from the start.

On the website it says 200 hours to have it break in. It also says in this "break in" period it would lower just a bit.
