that is a pretty sweet cooler... its got nice coverage, so it'll keep your card nice and cool... i doubt you'd find a better one for near that price here in oz... a DuOrb would be just about the next best thing, but i think they're around $60... so thats probably your best bet

WOW!!!! that's way hotter than i've ever seen a 9800GTX+... even with stock cooling and a pretty good OC, i've never seen one go above 85C... how's your airflow... sounds like its stewing in its own heat

You should be running way cooler than that.

Set the fan speed to 50% direct control with rivatuner.

ur card heasink might just be clogged, get some compressed air and try and spray it out, if ur not afraid to take the heatsink off get some thermal paist, tx-2 mx-2 or as5 will be all better then whats on there and apply new thermal paist and ull be able to blow it out better

$60..ouch.

But yeah remove the stock cooler, blast the dust out with an air compressor..clean off the old thermal and apply mx-2...that plus fan settings at 50% or 60% should keep you under 60C all the time.
