Anything I can do for my HP Omnibook Notebook?

I'm just giving this a shot out there:

HP Omnibook 4150
Intel Pentium II Mobile 366 MHz
256 MB PC66
NeoMagic MagicGraaph 256AV 2.3 MB
12 GB 4200 rpm

Anything that can force changes in overclocking? I've tried many conventional programs, but all of them had the clock/multiplier/voltage settings disabled.

Thats because overclocking probably wasn't even thought of when that laptop was made. Jeez dude, I hate to say it, but look into a new laptop, maybe even a cheap $500 one from Dell

Yeah, I'm about to buy a new laptop (HP L2000), but just curious since I heard all this talk of overclocking and undervolting and stuff on AMD chips.

Your not going to be able to overclock 99% of laptops, and for good reason. They cannot handle the heat nor the extra power required for overclocking.
