Default Anything better than coolbits?

Is there a better program for overclocking Nvidia cards. I've got them to 550/1600, but I thought gt's core would clock higher. Coolbits won't go higher. Are there any other options, or will I have to get aftermarket cooling? I wouldn't think it was temp the because the test settings just sais the settings did not respond. The temp didn't have enough time to get high.... Thanks for the advice.
