Default Any Recommended FSB freq for x2 4400?

I want to overclock my 4400 x2 but I not sure what a safe FSB freqency is. I am also using the Zalman CNPS 9500

raise in increments of 5, when it becomes unstable, go back a few.

If that don't work try making sure your not using Value Ram, and set the divider to a lower level, if that don't work lower your FSB down by 2-3 and test....
