as stated i have a soyo dragon plus motherboard v2.0 i have a floppy disk with card reader when i plug in the card read plug i the mother board the pc wont start it just stays at the begining where it says the name of the mother board i have updated al drivers on the mobo and card reader floppy combo by the way its a compusa card reader floppy combo any one know why it would hang up on me thanks

Why don't you try something out.
Try hitting the ESCAPE key to get rid of the splash window to see if any error messages are showing up. If it doesn't want to escape, disable that splash screen (in the bios).
Also, double check the pinouts to make sure your connecting everything properly.
