ovp and ocp aren't that hard.. not on the GTS at least, the actual volt mod itself is much harder

I didn't bother doing ocp and ovp mods because I didn't go over 1.4V idle anyway

Why would you want lower clocks? Why not better architecture/efficiency AND higher clocks... a winning combination in my books...

anyway, the 9800GTX needs to be similarly priced to the 8800GTS to do well, $300-$350 range - otherwise it'll be a huge flop..

I'm really, really liking what I'm seeing till now from the AMD/ATI side

yeah, this is all more promising, but without a good price.. poo on nvidia. ATI really has my attention though... *finds thread on new 4xxx series*
