I wouldn't say 1.46 is ridiculous. It woud be alright if not for the temps. 70C is a little high for me. I hear of people here pushing their quads 1.5+v all the time. What heatsink are you using Twizted? Oh and about the memory, I have your exact same problem. I can't boot my memory at anything over 800mhz when running 3.6ghz...even if I put 2.4v through the memory which is the max the warranty will permit. But now I just have 2.2v going through it @800mhz at 5-5-5-15. Nothing I can do about it. But nonetheless you will see improved performance even with your RAM just sitting at it's default speed basically.

Well I lowered the voltage way down, it doesn't need that much. The only time it becomes unstable is when the temperature gets around 65*C+. So i'll just have to wait until the AS5 cures fully and see if there's any change.

Does the AS5 normally make a big difference after its fully cured?
